The timetable is subject to change at any time.
If you’re a Kiwi Property shareholder with a registered address in New Zealand or Australia, you could join the thousands of shareholders who already enjoy the benefits of our Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP).
Our DRP provides a great opportunity for eligible shareholders to reinvest dividends into new Kiwi Property shares without incurring any transaction costs. The DRP has been successfully operating for more than 10 years.
From time to time, we may also apply a discount to the price at which shares are issued under the DRP. This gives you the added benefit of acquiring shares at a discount to the price at which shares trade during the pricing period.
is the DRP currently active?
The board will assess whether to operate or suspend the DRP on a half-yearly basis as Kiwi Property’s capital needs dictate.
The DRP will operate for the final dividend payable in respect of the six months ended 31 March 2019. A 2% discount will apply to the price at which shares are issued.
The DRP will operate for the dividend payable in respect of the six months ending 30 September 2018. No discount will apply.

Our announcements are delivered to our website direct from the NZX, which means there are often multiple related documents — such as presentations or annexures - contained in one PDF. To view all documents within the PDF file, simply look in the top right hand corner of the PDF. If it says 'part 1', then you'll know there is more to discover. Use the arrows to choose the document you are looking for.
