DRP overview

Dividend reinvestment plan

If you’re a Kiwi Property shareholder with a registered address in New Zealand or Australia, you may be eligible to join our Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which allows you to reinvest dividends into new Kiwi Property shares without transaction costs. We may also apply a discount to the price at which shares are issued under the DRP, giving you the added benefit of acquiring shares at a discount to the price at which shares trade during the pricing period.

To find out more, please read the DRP booklet below, contact our Registrar, Link Market Services, or speak to your financial advisor.
