DRP overview
If you’re a Kiwi Property shareholder with a registered address in New Zealand or Australia, you may be eligible to join our Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which allows you to reinvest dividends into new Kiwi Property shares without transaction costs. We may also apply a discount to the price at which shares are issued under the DRP, giving you the added benefit of acquiring shares at a discount to the price at which shares trade during the pricing period.

Kiwi Property is an active participant in the sustainable debt capital markets and has four green bonds priced on the NZX. Our Sustainable Debt Framework outlines the company’s approach to financing and/or refinancing the low-carbon and energy-efficient buildings within our property portfolio.
