LynnMall was New Zealand’s first indoor shopping centre and remains a much-loved retail destination in Auckland’s inner west. It’s also easily accessible via the modern New Lynn train station with links to the west and the Auckland CBD. LynnMall’s long history of retail excellence and its superb location attracts a wide range of people from all over Auckland

LynnMall is perfectly positioned for additional residential and office development, with consented development plans to expand the retail offering and add office space and residential apartments, providing future growth optionality when market conditions are right.

LynnMall is a quality shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, featuring the award-winning Brickworks dining precinct, an eight-screen Reading Cinemas complex and more than 120 stores, all within a 20-minute drive of the Auckland CBD 

With around 1,300 carparks, and opposite the New Lynn train station, it’s easy to get to LynnMall – and shoppers can plug in their EV or e-bike to charge while shopping.

We’re committed to delivering a brighter, greener New Zealand by reducing our resource consumption, building sustainable communities, and promoting wellbeing.  

At LynnMall, organic waste from the food court is diverted away from landfill to a composting facility. The centre has replaced all its lights with energy-efficient LED light bulbs. There are electric vehicle and e-bike charging stations in the car parks. Free water-filling stations reduce the need for plastic water bottles, and cardboard, glass, soft plastics, and polystyrene are all recycled.
