We recently purchased 51 hectares of land at Drury where we want to create a vibrant town centre that will support the Drury community for years to come.

We see Drury Town Centre as a vibrant pedestrian-centric streetscape. A place where you can work, live, eat, relax and shop – a place where people come together.

Kiwi Property’s Drury landholding is located on the western side of Fitzgerald Road and within the Papakura District suburb of Drury.
Drury is a rural, lifestyle area situated approximately 5.5 kilometres south of Papakura and aproximately 37 kilometres to the south-east of the Auckland CBD.
