Clive is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management of the Company. He has been involved in property and finance for 20 years, commencing as Chief Executive Officer in July 2018. Clive was previously Senior Vice President – Development, East Coast for Westfield USA, where he was actively involved in the creation and implementation of transformational strategies to evolve, strengthen and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in an increasingly competitive marketplace. He has considerable experience in retail and more recently mixed use developments of both existing shopping centres and greenfield opportunities. Prior to this, he held senior roles in Washington and New Zealand, with Westfield and St Lukes Group, across leasing, development and shopping centre management.

Aubrey Cheng, formerly Manager Retail Leasing, has more than 18 years of property experience and drives all property-related income, including leasing, space optimisation, advertising and more. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining tenant relationships.

Kylie joined us in 2011 and leads the company’s people and communications strategies. She began her career in journalism and subsequently moved into Human Resource Management. She has a multi-industry background with over 15 years’ experience in strategic human resource management leadership roles, honing her expertise in people, performance and organisational transformation.

Michael leads the property investment activities for Kiwi Property, informing strategic decisions such as acquisitions, partnerships and divestments to optimise organisational performance. He has more than 25 years' experience in property investment and asset management. Prior to joining Kiwi Property in August 2016 Michael held senior roles with Vinta, Trust Management and GE Real Estate (both in NZ and the UK). Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, President of Property Council of New Zealand Auckland Branch, a Property Committee Member for Selwyn Foundation and a member of the MSCI/PCNZ Property Index Advisory Board.

Gavin is responsible for the Company’s funds management and capital management activities as well as playing a key role in the development and execution of the Company’s strategy. He has more than 20 years' experience in property investment, funds management, capital management and investor relations. Gavin commenced with us as Chief Financial Officer in 2002 and was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2014 before being appointed to the newly created role of GM Funds Management & Capital Markets in 2019.

Ian leads our development team and is responsible for all development activities and major capital works programmes. He has circa 30 years’ experience in project, design, construction and property development roles across retail, commercial, hotel, educational, civil, manufacturing and industrial projects. Prior to joining us, Ian held senior positions in Foodstuffs North Island Ltd, Auckland Airport and Arrow International. Ian is a past president of the Waikato Branch of the Property Council of New Zealand and has previously served as a member on the Executive Committee of the Property Council's Auckland Branch and as a panel member for the Auckland Urban Design Panel.

Linda Trainer has overall responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects across the asset classes, with a view to optimising their investment performance. She has more than 20 years' experience in property, retail, management and marketing. Prior to joining Kiwi Property in April 2018, she was most recently New Zealand Regional Manager at Scentre Group.
