Clive is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management of the Company. He has been involved in property and finance for 20 years', commencing as Chief Executive Officer in July 2018. Clive was previously Senior Vice President – Development, East Coast for Westfield USA, where he was involved in the creation and implementation of transformational strategies to evolve, strengthen and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in an increasingly competitive marketplace. He has considerable experience in retail and more recently mixed-use developments of both existing shopping centres and greenfield opportunities. Prior to this, he held senior roles in Washington and New Zealand, with Westfield and St Lukes Group, across leasing, development and shopping centre management.

Aubrey Cheng

Aubrey has more than 18 years' of property experience and drives all property-related income, including leasing, space optimisation, advertising/digital and curating the tenancy mix, across existing assets and development projects. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining our tenant customer relationships. Widely experienced across all formats of retail property and mixed uses in both greenfield and urban environments, before joining us he was previously a Founding Director of agency and advisory firm Match Realty.

Ian Passau

Ian leads our development team and is responsible for all development activities and major capital works programmes. He has 30 years’ experience in project, design, construction and property development roles across retail, commercial, hotel, educational, civil, manufacturing and industrial projects. Prior to joining us, Ian held senior positions in Foodstuffs North Island, Auckland Airport and Arrow International. Ian is a past president of the Waikato Branch of the Property Council of New Zealand and has previously served as a member on the Executive Committee of the Property Council's Auckland Branch and as a panel member for the Auckland Urban Design Panel.

Linda has overall responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects across the asset classes, with a view to optimising their investment performance. She has more than 20 years' experience in property, retail, management and marketing. Prior to joining Kiwi Property in April 2018, she was most recently New Zealand Regional Manager at Scentre Group.

Steve is responsible for Kiwi Property’s funds management activities, with a focus on growing non-rental income for the business. He has more than 20 years of investment and finance experience and prior to joining Kiwi Property was General Manager, Investment, at Stride Property Group, where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s funds management strategy. Prior to this, Steve worked as Investment Director and Partner at H.R.L Morrison & Co Limited and Associate Director at PwC.

Angela Henderson

Angela leads Kiwi Property’s digital and information technology teams and has overall responsibility for the company’s digital transformation strategy. Angela joined the company in 2021 and prior to this was GM Digital Strategy, and Innovation at Air NZ. She has a wealth of experience leading innovative technology teams, and has held senior digital roles at high profile New Zealand organisations including Westpac and Watercare.

Jo Harris

Jo Harris leads Kiwi Property’s people & culture function, with a focus on building an engaged and high performing organisation. Jo joined the company from Waka Kotahi where she worked as Portfolio Change Lead, with responsibility for leading organisational wide culture and transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Jo held a variety of senior HR roles at large organisations in New Zealand and overseas, including Air New Zealand, Vodafone Australia and AAPT.
