Parking
Ticketless parking has arrived!
We are making parking at Centre Place easier with the introduction of ticketless parking at the Centre Place Multi Story car park (accessed via Bryce Street).
From Wednesday 1st March 2023 you will just drive straight in, you don’t need to get a ticket as our new system does all the work for you! The new parking system is based on licence plate recognition and will use your licence plate to determine how long you have been in the centre and if you need to make a payment for parking.
Good news is that with this new system everyone gets two hours free parking during the week, so you don’t need to go to Customer Service to get your parking validated anymore!
Weekends and public holidays remain free and cinema goers get four hours free.
If you’ve spent longer than two hours at the centre, then simply pay for your parking at any of the Pay Stations in the centre by entering your licence plate and paying via credit or debit card and then drive to any exit.
If you are not sure how long you have been at the centre and if you have to make a payment, just enter your licence plate at the pay station and it will tell you how long you have been at Centre Place and if any payment is required.
If you get to the gates and realise you haven’t paid, then just pop into one of our 2-minute parking bays and duck back into the centre to pay
