HOW TO ENTER

For a limited time and while stocks last customers can scan the QR code at locations within participating centres or online (through the centre’s website, social media channels or newsletter) and receive a voucher for two regular hot drinks from a participating retailer.

By completing the online entry form, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Promoter of this competition is: Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010.
2. The name of this Promotion is: ‘Coffee & Connections’.
3. The Promotion will run from 9am, Monday 14 August 2023 and conclude once all vouchers have been issued or 27 August 2023 (whichever is the earlier) (Promotion Period).
4. Participation in this Promotion indicates an acceptance of these terms & conditions. If the customer does not agree with these terms and conditions the customer should not take part in this Promotion.
5. Entry is open to NZ residents aged 16 and over excluding Kiwi Property employees, retailers of Sylvia Park, LynnMall or The Plaza and their employees as well as immediate family members of the same (including any spouse, child, defacto or any other family member residing at the same address as that person).
6. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Sylvia Park, LynnMall and The Plaza.
7. To enter the Promotion the customer must follow the website link and complete the online form.
8. An email will then be sent to the customer’s nominated address with a voucher for two regular hot drinks which can be redeemed from a participating retailer within the Promotion Period.

9. A customer will only be entitled to enter the Promotion once and both drinks must be redeemed in the one transaction.
10. For the purpose of this Promotion, a regular hot drink is defined as a standard option from the tea, coffee and hot chocolate menus at each retailer and does not include added extras including but not limited to: almond, soy or oat milks, decaffeinated coffee or additional syrup shots.

1. Any voucher given will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right not to issue a voucher for any reason.
2. The vouchers will only be redeemable from retailers within the relevant centres.
3. Vouchers will be available while stocks last and on a first-in, first-served basis. The Promoter has no obligation to provide a customer with a voucher should stock run out.
4. All vouchers will have an expiration date. Failure of the customer to use or redeem their voucher by this date will result in the voucher being void. The Promoter has no obligation to the customer to replace the voucher after this date.

15. The voucher is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
16. The voucher values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change to the voucher value.
17. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of participants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion not to issue a voucher where these terms and conditions have been breached or there has been unlawful or improper conduct which may in the opinion of the Promoter jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
19. Any failure by a customer to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the voucher being cancelled or withdrawn without liability of the Promoter.
20. Voucher recipients must take part in all reasonable publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without compensation. Voucher recipients consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity related to the Promotion without compensation.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion at any time.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion, except as required by law.
23. The voucher recipients are responsible for all other costs related to the voucher. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result of entering this Promotion. This includes but is not limited to internet or mobile service costs or other functions used to enter this Promotion.
24. To the extent that is permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the nature and suitability of any vouchers awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for any breach of such representation or warranty.
25. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
26. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this Promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the Promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
27. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to receiving communications from the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events, offers and surveys.
