Our retailers are the heart of The Plaza. They keep the wheels churning, cogs cogging and pumps pumping - we’d be lost without them.
To acknowledge this, we’ve launched an awesome campaign to thank them for their amazing work. Each month a retailer will be recognised for the exceptional experiences they are giving their customers.
This is where you come in. We need you to tell us who deserves to be rewarded.
Had an exceptional experience recently? You could win a $50 gift card for you and another for the store or employee that you nominate. We read every entry and pick a new winner each month, so make sure you give us as much detail as possible!

“I went to Specsavers for my free eye test through the AA, I was really impressed with how professional and helpful Danny was when doing my test and I felt he took time to explain everything properly to me so I knew what to expect.
When I came back to chose my glasses a few days later Karina spent a long time with me helping me to select the right size and shape to suit my face and even though it was a really busy time of day on a Saturday I didn’t feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of her time, she was patient and helpful and really knowledgeable about all of the different glasses on offer.
I felt that all the team members worked well together and made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I’m looking forward to collecting my new glasses when they are ready next week and I’ve been really impressed with how smoothly the whole process has been so far.
