Our retailers are the heart of The Plaza. They keep the wheels churning, cogs cogging and pumps pumping - we’d be lost without them.
To acknowledge this, we’ve launched an awesome campaign to thank them for their amazing work. Each month a retailer will be recognised for the exceptional experiences they are giving their customers.
This is where you come in. We need you to tell us who deserves to be rewarded.
Had an exceptional experience recently? You could win a $50 gift card for you and another for the store or employee that you nominate. We read every entry and pick a new winner each month, so make sure you give us as much detail as possible!

“I had bought a locket to put a picture of my partner in, and I bought it because in the picture it had a star on it. The star was significant to us as for Valentine’s Day my partner gave me a plaque with the stars and constellations of the night we officially became a couple. I got the locket and it didn’t have a star on it… I called the company and said that they had removed the star on that model and did not stock it anymore. Upset, I thought I could get it engraved and came to Mr. Minit to see what they could do. Te Aroha was working at the counter, and she was so awesome, bubbly, funny, and eager to help. After explaining my situation, Te Aroha said that she wasn’t good at stars but she’d try. She sketched some out for me, and drew it on the locket with felt tip pen and asked what I wanted. After she got it done, I was so happy with what she had done for me I nearly hugged her!! Was really appreciative for what she did for me, even though what I asked for wasn’t the greatest in her skill set, she was determined to help me and make this piece of jewellery super special. If she doesn’t get a prize for this, I hope she gets some kind of reward, or I’ll bring one myself!”
