HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Kids (all ages) and Dads (of all types) visit the the Atrium at the north end of Te Awa mall to race each other on our slot car racing track.

Winner takes away a prize.

1. The “promoter” of this facility is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland St, Auckland, 1010. Phone number: 093594000

2. The name of this “promotion” is The Base Father’s Day Promotion 2019.

3. Participation in this activity indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this activity.

4. The activity is open 31 August – 1 September 2019 from 10am – 4pm.

5. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: The Base Shopping Centre.

6. Activity consists of practice laps followed by a 3-lap race off.

7. The winner of the race off receives a prize as follows:
– Dad’s prize: The Base branded power bank
– Kid’s prize: Inflatable racing flag

8. Maximum of one prize person while stocks last. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value if unable to supply prize as advertised

9. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledges this. The promoter in its sole discretion to exclude any individual who the promoter
has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the safe and proper conduct of the activity.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of participation applying to this activity or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this activity at any time.

11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.

12. Any personal information provided remains the property of Kiwi Property. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993 by emailing update@kp.co.nz.

13. The promoter may communicate or advertise this activity using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the promoter.
