Support Waikato/BOP Cancer Society

With more than 23,000 New Zealanders diagnosed with cancer every year, our work in the community is needed now more than ever.

Please, support the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Cancer Society during the 12 Days of Kindness, and make a positive difference in the life of someone facing a cancer diagnosis.

With your help,

  • Our supportive care nurses can work one-on-one with cancer patients and their whānau to ensure they get the support they need;
  • We can provide free transport to patients, so they don’t miss out on essential treatment
  • We can offer a welcoming home away from home, with free accommodation and meals at the Cancer Society’s Lions Lodge for cancer patients travelling long distances for treatment at Waikato Hospital
  • And we can fund ground-breaking cancer research and health promotion initiates that reduce the risk of cancer for future generations.

Your kindness these holidays will go a long way to helping people in our community who have been impacted by cancer.
