THE BASE BASKET BURN 2021

The Base is proud to be a part of Balloons Over Waikato this year with The Base Basket Burn.

Join us for an evening of family, food and entertainment culminating in the basket burn – a lightshow (using the hot air balloon gas burners) choreographed to music.

This is a NEW location and we are so excited to host you and your family!

We have heaps of free parking or you can take the bus – the bus hub is very close to the event.

Plus, the night market is also running 4pm till late with SO MUCH good food!

PLEASE NOTE:  The Basket Burn is an exciting event combining food, music and a choreographed lightshow created by our balloon pilots using their gas burners – we’ll have 14 baskets, however this is not a flying event.
