About Volunteering Waikato

Volunteering Waikato was established in 1993 and has two main objectives - to ensure community groups get the volunteers they need, and to ensure that volunteers get the most out of their decision to give their time, energy and passion.

They do this by matching volunteers with the organisations where they will have the greatest impact, enjoyment and sense of contribution.

They provide services throughout the Waikato Region including the Waikato, Waipa, Thames/Coromandel, Hauraki, Matamata/Piako, Otorohanga, Waitomo, South Waikato and Taupo Districts.

• Monday 16 December - Wednesday 18 December | 10am - 10pm
• Thursday 19 December | 10am - midnight
• Friday 20 December - Monday 23 December | 10am - 10pm
• Tuesday 24 December | 10am - 6pm

You can find our gift wrapping booths:

 We have two gift wrapping booths, one near Farmers (opening 5 December) and one near Santa’s Enchanted Forest at the north end of Te Awa (opening 12 December).  Big news this year – in addition to our usual ‘gold coin donation’ this year the booths will have EFTPOS– making it even easier to give a little and change a lot.
