Jackie Clarke

Entertainer extraordinaire of stage, screen and studio, Jackie Clarke has performed with everyone from Dave Dobbyn to the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. Not surprisingly, she has been voted top female artist by the Variety Artists Club of New Zealand and is bringing her unique talent to Live on the Lawn! Jackie has been gracing our TV screens for years – don’t miss your chance to see her live.

Catch Jackie performing on Saturday 10 March at 6pm and Saturday 17 March at 12pm.

Hopetoun Brown

You may recognise Tim Stewart and Nick Atkinson as founding members of Supergroove, but lately they’ve been busy stomping with their band Hopetoun Brown. They will stomp and parp their way into your heart with nothing but brass, a bass clarinet, two sets of tambourines and Stewart’s powerful tonsils.

Check them out on Saturday 3 March at 12pm and Sunday 4 March at 1pm

Shaun Petterson and Gabby Smith

This duo brings a new variety to musical entertainment. Shaun performs with a velvet voice, and a repertoire, which includes classical crossover, rock and roll, disco, and pop.  Gabby’s vocal style is influenced by an eclectic mix of musicians, and she performs with a bubbly enthusiasm and energy.

Geoff Ong

Geoff Ong loves inside jokes, the ocean, and those days when it’s just a little bit too hot. He also makes soulful pop music bursting with fun, summery, instantly relatable tunes- a perfect soundtrack for fans of summer road trips, hanging out, and eating ice cream.

The Heart & Soul Collective

The Heart and Soul Collective are a group of musicians that love this field of expertise. Everyone is passionate in his or her own way about the music industry. They all play instruments and sing songs that everybody knows. Their style and flavour will uplift your heart and fulfil your soul.

The collective includes Ray, Damien, Denis, Cath and Brenda

Emma Cooper Williams

Emma is a 19 year old singer songwriter who has been playing guitar and writing her own songs since the age of eleven. She draws on her challenges and life experience for inspiration, and has won numerous awards for her original songs.

 

James Gaylyn & Eddie J.Tai Duo

James and Eddie are a popular musical duo with a wealth of experience, with James on vocals and Eddie on keyboard, they play everything from old school soul, and smooth jazz to funky pop beats.

Max Earnshaw

Max is a young, dynamic, seasoned, performer who plays a mixture of covers and original blues, jazz, rock and pop numbers. He grew up in Christchurch where he played extensively on the street, in bars and at large events like Christmas in the Park and the Rugby World Cup.

 

Roland Williams

With musical influences like Marvin Gaye, Earth, Wind and Fire and Stevie Wonder, Roland Williams knows how to work a crowd with his silky-smooth tone.

He will be joined by guitarist and singer Pat Mose on Saturday 24 February, and TJ Tautoa on Saturday 24 March.

Cameron McCurdy

Cameron McCurdy performs a range of acoustic folk-rock music with a powerful voice and an ear for melody – like poetry sung over an acoustic guitar. His songs range from upbeat and fast-paced to emotional and profound.

Teuila Brown

Teuila performs sultry and emotional acoustic folk-pop music. Through her original music, she talks of her experiences and relationships which are relatable and beautiful to listen to, with an emphasis on her large vocal range and lyrical content.
