Job Description Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Processing of all Point of sale transactions
  • VIP database development
  • Receiving, restocking, reordering, and merchandising of all products
  • Product knowledge – pricing, styling benefits, fits, and trends
  • Opening/closing procedures and cash balancing
  • Minimizing stock loss/shop security
  • *Mandarin Speaker is an advantage but not essential.
