SANTA'S ON HIS WAY

Santa arrives at Northlands at 10am on Saturday 28 November and is here until Christmas Eve.

He’ll be located at Centre Court, near Vodafone and BNZ and every child that visits him will receive a FREE* book, ‘Slinky Malinki's Christmas Crackers’ by New Zealand author, Lynley Dodd. If you would like to have a photo with Santa, the team from Santa Magic will be able to help you. Photos start from just $17.

At Northlands, keeping our shoppers, community and staff safe is our priority. In line with health and government advice, a visit to Santa will be a little different this year.

A visit with Santa

This year our queue for Santa is "virtual", so you can hold your place in line whilst you continue to shop. When you arrive to see Santa, scan the QR code at the entrance to the set and register with your contact details. Our Santa team will reply to you to confirm your place in the queue. We will then text you again when it is your turn to visit with Santa. No problem if you do not have a mobile device or are unable to scan the QR code; our Santa team on-site will be able to book a place in the queue for you.

For your visit with Santa there will be lots of places where you and your family can sit and you'll see extra elves ensuring that everything is clean and ready-to-go between each family. Our Santa team will guide you through your visit.

If COVID-19 alert levels change at any time whilst Santa is in residence, we have further plans in place, prioritising the safety of our community.

Santa needs to take breaks throughout the day to feed his reindeer, so if you visit during the hours he is in residence and he’s not there, he won’t be too far away.
