Our friendly Customer Services is located near Centre Court between Vodafone and ANZ and is open during normal trading hours. Use the Sisson Drive car park building, or the Main North Road car park to best access Customer Services.

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, Gift Card sales and the hire of wheelchairs and mobility scooter.  Please note, it is essential to book use of our wheelchairs and mobility scooter.

Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.

Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathrooms located in the corridor off Langdons Quarter and between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail, near The Warehouse, as well as dedicated accessibility parks.

Guide and Assistance Dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.

To assist our staff please ensure your dog has their accessible dog registration tag and you have your handler’s registration card available, if required.

Accessible dogs are certified by one of the following organisations:

• Assistance Dogs New Zealand
• Hearing Dogs for Deaf People New Zealand
• K9 Medical Detection New Zealand
• Mobility Assistance Dogs Trust
• New Zealand Epilepsy Assist Dogs Trust
• Perfect Partners Assistance Dogs Trust
• Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind
• Incorporated (Blind Low Vision NZ)

Please note that under current New Zealand law therapy or emotional support animals do not have access rights to be in the centre (Dog Control Act 1996).

Our caregivers’ rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, toddler toilets, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy.

Our caregivers’ rooms are located:

• near Langdons Quarter – includes child & caregiver toilets, plus a play area

• Between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail near The Warehouse – includes child & caregiver toilets, plus a play area

Our toilets are located:

• the corridor from Langdons Quarter; and
• near The Warehouse between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail

Accessible toilets are located:

• the corridor from Langdons Quarter; and
• near The Warehouse between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our caregivers’ rooms.

Our playground can be found near our food court, opposite The Frontrunner and Hannahs.

The playground is suitable for children aged two to six years old.

Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are open and located on level one of the Sisson Drive carpark building and level one of the Langdons Road carpark building.

The Sisson Drive carpark building station is for type 1 chargers, the Langdons Road carpark building station is for type 2 chargers.

Plug in your electric vehicle and charge while you shop and all for FREE.

We also have EV bike chargers. They are located on the ground floor of the Langdons Road carpark building, near Sal’s Pizza. These can be used for both EV and standard bikes.

We have several bike racks available; please see the map for further details.

We have free KiwiWifi available for you to use while visiting the centre. Simply find “KiwiWIFI – Northlands” on your available WiFi networks and hop right in.
