Our friendly Customer Services is located near Centre Court between Vodafone and the Sunglass Hut and is open during normal trading hours. Use the Sisson Drive car park building, or the Main North Road car park to best access Customer Services.
Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, including a Metrocard service, Gift Card sales and the hire of wheelchairs and a mobility scooter. Please note, it is essential to book use of our wheelchairs and mobility scooter.

Our caregivers’ rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, toddler toilets, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy.
Our caregivers’ rooms are located:
- near Langdons Quarter – includes child & caregiver toilets, plus a play area
- a temporary baby change room is outside Northlands, through the doors near ASB, whilst we build a new caregivers’ room near The Warehouse between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail
Our toilets are located:
- the corridor from Langdons Quarter; and
- temporary toilets are located outside Northlands, through the doors near ASB. We are building new bathrooms which will be near The Warehouse between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail

We're breastfeeding friendly!
Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our caregivers’ rooms.
Our playground can be found near our food court, opposite The Frontrunner and Hannahs.
The playground is suitable for children aged two to six years old.
Sustainability and EV charging
Doing what’s right in sustainability is important to us.
A new electric vehicle (EV) charging station is now open and is located on level one of the Sisson Drive carpark building. This station is for type 1 chargers, but we will be looking to include type 2 soon. Plug in your electric vehicle and charge while you shop and all for FREE.

Accessible and Parents' Parking
Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathrooms located in the corridor off Langdons Quarter and, temporarily, outside Northlands through the doors near ASB while we build new accessible bathrooms between Dash Face & Beauty and Professionail as well as dedicated accessibility parks.
Our accessible parks are located at our ASB entrance, PAK’NSave carpark, Langdons Quarter entrance, Ray White entrance, Farmers entrance, House of Travel entrance, and our Countdown carpark.
Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.
We have free KiwiWifi available for you to use while visiting the centre. Simply find “KiwiWIFI” on your available WiFi networks and hop right in.
