- The Promoter of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1140, hereby trading as LynnMall Shopping Centre.
- The name of this promotion is ‘Splash into Winter Style”
- The promotion will run from Monday 28 May at 9am – Sunday 17 June at 6pm (the promotional period)
- The promotion will be open to the public during LynnMall opening hours.
- Entry is open to NZ residents excluding LynnMall staff, retailers, employees, and immediate family members (any spouse, child, defacto or any other family member residing at the same address as that person).
- Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
- Customers must spend $80.00 or more at LynnMall fashion or fashion accessories (a list of retailers follow these T&C’s), to receive a free umbrella and be eligible to enter the major prize draw.
- Receipts can be accumulated to reach $80.00. Receipts must be within the above mentioned promotional period.
- The major prize draw is for a $1,000.00 shopping spree, given in the form of a Kiwi Property gift card.
- The gift card is not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Kiwi Property Gift Card terms and conditions of use apply. They can be found on the back of the gift Card.
- One free umbrella per person. While stocks last (limited to 1,400 umbrellas)
- The umbrella is not the style pictured in advertising material or on display in centre. It is a LynnMall branded pocket umbrella in one of three colours.
- All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserve the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law.
- All entries remain the property of LynnMall Shopping Centre. All personal information will be collected and stored by LynnMall Shopping Centre in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 other than in conjunction with clause 3 above. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993 by emailing update@kp.co.nz
