SHOPPING AT LYNNMALL UNDER ALERT LEVEL 3 - STEP 2

In line with the New Zealand Government’s requirements, LynnMall Shopping Centre will reopen to the public at 9am on Wednesday 10 November 2021.

TRADING HOURS:

From Wednesday 10 November 2021, normal trading hours at LynnMall will resume.

  • Saturday – Wednesday:   9am – 6pm
  • Thursday – Friday:   9am – 9pm

 

WHAT’S OPEN?

Almost everyone! At Alert Level 3 – Step 2 most stores within the Centre are expected to open, provided they are within the allowed framework of Alert Level 3 – Step 2 and are able to meet all necessary health and safety guidelines.

If you’re not sure about a specific store being open, give them a ring and ask!

 

WHAT’S NOT OPEN?

Close contact business such as nail bars, massage and beauty salons can sell product only but cannot undertake close contact appointments.

Hairdressers & barbers will open from Thursday 25 November.  Please be patient, show your vaccine passport, keep your distance and wear a mask. Please follow the instructions from our retailers as bookings will be essential.

Hospitality venues such as food court, kiosks, cafés and restaurants can only offer contactless click and collect or delivery.

No food court seating will be available and you will not be able to consume food or drink inside the centre

Cinemas venues are closed.

Access to playspaces will be closed

Internal centre rest areas will be closed off or taken away.

 

YOUR SAFETY AND WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN SHOPPING WITH US:

FACE COVERINGS & QR CODES:

The centre has a NZ COVID Tracer QR Code at all entrances as well as at centre bathrooms and amenities. When entering the centre and specific stores, please ensure you are using the QR code and are wearing a face covering.

 

MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER NUMBERS:

Under Alert Level 3 – Step 2, the number of people in the Centre at any one time will be monitored and limited in accordance with the requirements of the New Zealand Government.

For your safety, if the Centre is nearing capacity then entrances may need to be closed and limited people will be able to enter the Centre until numbers reduce.

 

CUSTOMER WELLBEING:

At LynnMall, keeping our shoppers, community and staff safe is our priority.

  • You’ll find some of the things we’re doing to ensure the continued health and wellbeing of all those who shop, work and play at the centre HERE.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms we ask you to please stay home.
  • We will continue to follow Ministry of Health guidelines and we encourage workers and shoppers at LynnMall to contact the Ministry of Health’s Healthline 0800 358 5453 for COVID-19 advice and information.

 

QUEUING:

Our stores will need to manage the number of customers within their premises in order to operate under Alert Level 3 – Step 2. Our retailers have created a plan for marking and managing any queues and we will be working alongside them to ensure your safety.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING:

Signage will be located throughout the Centre reminding you to keep a safe distance from others.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK:

Safety screens will be installed on our customer service desks and staff numbers may be limited to help maintain social distancing.

There will be no equipment hire until further notice.

Gift cards will be available for purchase online or at the customer service desk using contactless eftpos systems or you can purchase online here.
