How many family members can visit Santa at once?

There are no limitations on the bubble size allowed to visit with Santa at one time, as long as your whole bubble can socially distance from Santa and the photography staff according to the close contact social distance rules, at the time of your visit.

Can unvaccinated members of the public visit Santa?

The Santa experience is operating as a close contact business which means we need to work according to the guidelines that have been given for this kind of activity. Just like a visit to a hairdresser/barber or beautician you need to provide proof of vaccination for all visitors 12 and over.

What measures are you taking to keep Santa’s grotto safe?

Santa and his helpers will be wearing masks at all times. Santa’s helpers will be wiping down and sterilising all necessary surfaces between visits, and vaccination certificates and COVID tracer app sign-ins will be required of all visitors.

Can my child sit on Santa’s lap/give Santa a cuddle?

Not this year. They will, however, be able to sit beside Santa and remove their mask while the photo is being taken.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are required for customers 12 and older in a retail environment. We can supply a mask if needed.

Are Santa and his Elves vaccinated?

Yes. Santa and his elves have a very big Christmas ahead of them, so are all double vaccinated.
