Kiwi Property has announced an offer (Offer) of up to NZ$100 million (with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to NZ$25 million at its discretion) of 6.5-year fixed-rate senior secured green bonds (Green Bonds) to institutional and New Zealand retail investors.
Details of the Offer are contained in the product disclosure statement dated 6 March 2023 (PDS) which has been lodged with the Registrar of Financial Service Providers. The PDS is also available on this page at the link below. Investors must obtain the PDS before they decide to acquire any Green Bonds.
