Clive is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management of the Company. He has been involved in property and finance for 20 years, commencing as Chief Executive in July 2018. Clive was previously Senior Vice President – Development, East Coast for Westfield USA, where he was actively involved in the creation and implementation of transformational strategies to evolve, strengthen and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in an increasingly competitive marketplace. He has considerable experience in retail and more recently mixed use developments of both existing shopping centres and greenfield opportunities. Prior to this, he held senior roles in Washington and New Zealand, with Westfield and St Lukes Group, across leasing, development and shopping centre management.

Gavin leads the delivery of corporate services for the Company. This includes financial reporting, financial management, capital management, people and culture, information technology, business improvement, portfolio analysis, legal services and compliance and risk management, as well as joint responsibility for investor relations and communications. He has more than 20 years' experience in property investment, financial services and funds management. Gavin commenced with us as Chief Financial Officer in 2002 and was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer in 2014.

He is responsible for tenancy mix masterplanning, leasing delivery across both existing centres and our development projects, maintaining retail tenant relationships, and driving additional retail income from new initiatives. Aubrey has more than 15 years' industry experience encompassing all formats of retail property. Prior to joining us, he was a founding Director of agency and advisory firm Match Realty.

Kylie joined our team in 2011 and prior to this held roles with Vodafone, Deloitte and Goldman Sachs.

He joined the Kiwi Property team in 2006 and prior to this held roles with Westfield, Darroch Valuations and Westpac.

Jason joined us in 1998 and prior to this held roles as a consulting engineer, project manager and facilities manager, both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Kiwi Property in August 2016 Michael held senior roles with Vinta, Trust Management and GE Real Estate (both in NZ and the UK). Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, President of Property Council of New Zealand Auckland Branch and a member of the IPD/PCNZ Property Index Advisory Board.

This team also contributes to corporate projects and the delivery of investor reporting. Natasha joined Kiwi Property in 2005 as a development accountant. More recently, she has also provided finance, due diligence and project management capabilities for our key corporate activities. Prior to joining Kiwi Property she spent over 10 years working in assurance and transaction services at PwC.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in varying project, design, construction and property development roles; during which time he has been involved in retail, commercial, hotel, educational, civil, manufacturing and industrial projects. Prior to joining us Ian has held senior positions in Foodstuffs North Island Ltd, Auckland Airport and Arrow International. Ian is a past president of the Waikato Branch of the Property Council of New Zealand and has previously served as a member on the Executive Committee of the Property Council's Auckland Branch and as a panel member for the Auckland Urban Design Panel.

He has almost 20 years' legal experience with listed and unlisted businesses including nine years in London. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, a Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and an England and New Zealand qualified solicitor. Trevor joined our team in June 2014 and prior to this he was General Counsel for Precinct Properties.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Hons) from Victoria University. Rebecca joined the business in August 2017.
