Kiwi Property is offering a new student scholarship opportunity for 2019.

As a leading player in the New Zealand property sector, we are thrilled to be able to help introduce a new generation of talented students to rewarding careers within the property sector.

New Zealand is a diverse society, even more so in Auckland. However, our thriving property industry is under-represented by members of our Maori and Pasifika communities. We’d love to change that.

Applications are now open for our 2019 Kiwi Property scholarship which supports the education, promotion and enablement of careers in the property industry for Maori and Pasifika students.  In partnership with Keystone Property Trust, this is an opportunity to gain both tertiary support and on-the-job training within New Zealand’s largest listed property company – the owner of such iconic assets as Sylvia Park, LynnMall, ASB North Wharf and The Vero Centre.

The scholarship will provide our deserving recipient with a range of benefits, including $5,000 a year for four years towards their tertiary studies, a Kiwi Property mentor and a buddy to help them settle in to University life.

about the scholarship:
  • financial assistance – $5,000 per annum towards course-related costs (for four years)
  • Kiwi Property mentor – we’ll partner you with a Kiwi Property mentor who can provide advice and support and give you a leg-up into a rewarding career in property
  • Keystone buddy – Keystone will provide a buddy to help you settle into university life
  • work experience – over two Summers you will have paid work experience with Kiwi Property to become familiar with the business and add to your experience.

Our asset management team is responsible for making sure our assets are not only great destinations for people to shop and do business, but also to ensure they’re running optimally and provide the best possible return for our investors.

They do this through various functions, from retail marketing, sustainability, leasing, facilities management, building management, tenancy design and planning.

Our development team is responsible for ensuring our property portfolio keeps pace with market demand, our assets remain competitive and that we identify and execute upon strategic growth opportunities.

In the past 10 years, we’ve delivered some iconic projects, from Sylvia Park Shopping Centre – one of New Zealand’s great retail success stories – to the landmark ASB Bank headquarters on the Auckland waterfront, a showcase for environmental design and activity-based working.
