REWARDING THE EXCEPTIONAL

News

Our retailers are the heart of Centre Place. They keep the wheels churning, cogs cogging and pumps pumping - we’d be lost without them.

To acknowledge this, we’ve launched an awesome campaign to thank them for their amazing work. Each month a retailer will be recognised for the exceptional experiences they are giving their customers.

This is where you come in. We need you to tell us who deserves to be rewarded.

Had an exceptional experience? You could win a $50 gift card for you and another for the store or employee that you nominate. We read every entry and pick a new winner each month, so make sure you give us as much detail as possible!

Olivia from Acquisitions nominated by Sue:

“I would like to nominate Olivia Murphy from Acquisitions for her awesome service.

I received a gift as a farewell present from the company that I worked for which was purchased from this shop. The gift was a beautiful outdoor lantern that was solar powered and illuminated at night. This gift was given to me at the end of December 2018. Unfortunately we noticed that the copper surrounding the lantern was going rusty over the last couple of months even though it was supposed to be waterproof.

I took a photo of the lantern and went into the shop last week and saw Olivia and showed her the photo of the lantern. She was so helpful as we did not have a receipt and only new it would have been purchased some time in December. She said they would replace the item but needed to find the transaction. She spent at least a 1/2 hour going through transactions trying to find the sale.

She eventually found where one was sold in late December. She said to bring the lantern in and ask for her and she would replace the item or give us a credit. We took it in today and she was absolutely amazing over the handling of this.

We repurchased another outdoor item from her. This would have been the best service we have ever received. Nothing was a problem for her. This was so much appreciated.”
