FOUR WAYS WITH FLORAL

Florals feature strongly this autumn so it was no surprise when thinking of outfit combos that floral prints would spring to mind. So, to inspire new outfit ideas we’ve come up with 4 different ways to wear a statement floral print, starting with:

THE DRESS

The perfect option for a special occasion.

Expect to see the cold-shoulder style making its way out of summer and back into autumn looks. We love the combination of this style with a floral print and while logistically speaking, it’s not an easy one to wear with a jacket, this dress was meant to be showcased so we’ve kept the accessories simple and opted for a statement heel in brilliant blue.

THE SKIRT

Floaty and feminine, a great option for in-between seasons.

The wrap style of this skirt makes it season-less in many ways in that it could easily work in summer with a camisole or in winter with a turtleneck and knee-high boots. We love the idea of making the skirt more autumnal by adding a khaki denim jacket and a pair of ankle boots in chocolate suede.

THE BLOUSE

A touch of seventies flair.

Bell sleeves and keyhole necklines combine to make this blouse a bohemian dream. While this could easily dress down with denim we wanted to make it work for the office or a night out so have added a dressy cropped pant with lace up stiletto heels for interest and edge.

THE JUMPSUIT

Yes, shorts can still work for autumn.

Shorter playsuits transform into longer jumpsuits for Autumn however we love the idea of making those summery shorter lengths work harder into autumn, so we paired this playful floral onesie with stockings and suede ankle boots before finishing off the look with an edgy black biker jacket.
