WINTER WELLNESS

This winter, we're focussing on wellness. Whether that means avoiding the dreaded sniffles, keeping your mental health in check, eating well, staying active or treating yourself to pampers and pick-me-ups, being well for winter is something we're celebrating!
As you visit us through to end of August, you'll see some handy tips and helpful places in-centre to visit to stock up on everything 'health'. To keep your energy up, we're giving away free fruit every Thursday, all day at our customer service desk!*
And, to help make your winter less, well, winter-y, we're also giving away wellness prizes each Wednesday from 3 July - 11 August over on our Facebook page!
