Our retailers are the heart of Sylvia Park. They keep the wheels churning, cogs cogging and pumps pumping - we’d be lost without them.
To acknowledge this, we’ve launched an awesome campaign to thank them for their amazing work. Each month a retailer will be recognised for the exceptional experiences they are giving their customers.
This is where you come in. We need you to tell us who deserves to be rewarded.
Had an exceptional experience recently? You could win a $50 gift card for you and another for the store or employee that you nominate. We read every entry and pick a new winner each month, so make sure you give us as much detail as possible!

Last week Ravi from Spec Savers was an absolute miracle worker and gave us what was easily the best service I’ve experienced!
My Mum’s glasses recently broke (she’s been having to wear them taped up) and she’s been struggling to find a new pair that fit her face and taste. After spending weeks looking and not finding any solutions, I decided to take my Mum to Spec Savers at Sylvia Park.
This was the best decision! Soon after we arrived Ravi approached us and was extremely helpful from the get go. He really understood Mum’s needs, preferences and her frustration for not being able to find anything over the previous weeks.
He gave us several options/solutions, was super honest with his opinions and even went out of his way to check new stock out the back. We ended up finding Mum not 1 but 2 pairs of glasses and she is over the moon!
To add to this story Ravi managed to apply a temporary fix to Mum’s current glasses – so no more tape! I don’t even know how he did this, as other places said it wasn’t possible to repair!
